Advice and providers
Mortgage Insight provides mortgage and KiwiSaver advice within the agreed scope. Mortgage lenders we may consider include ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Westpac, Kiwibank, TSB, SBS, The Co-operative Bank and a range of non-bank lenders. The actual panel available is confirmed in current disclosure documents.
Services outside our scope
Unless separately agreed and appropriately authorised, we do not provide legal, estate-planning, tax, general insurance, personal insurance, share or bond advice.
Commissions and incentives
If you take a mortgage or KiwiSaver product following our advice, Mortgage Insight and/or the adviser may receive commission from the provider. The amount or basis, ongoing commission and relevant conflicts are disclosed before implementation.
Fees
Mortgage and KiwiSaver advice is generally provided without a direct fee when provider commission supports the service. Any fee is agreed in writing first. The 90-Day Pay Off Faster Plan is a separate NZ$399 advice service.
Conflicts of interest
Recommendations must prioritise your interests and be based on your circumstances and goals. Mortgage Insight maintains conflicts, training and compliance-review processes.
Reliability
Any reliability event that may materially influence your decision to seek advice will be disclosed.
